Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is pleasant on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa adds citrus notes to bring the balance. The result is a coffee that is delicious on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger.
