Roasting

Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to taste. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to add balance. The result is a coffee which can be enjoyed by itself or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating https://www.coffeee.uk/categories/1kg-coffee-beans by adding some water that is just boiling will keep it warm. Once brewed leave to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in the cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, perfect for lazy weekends.

Lazy Sunday is a smoky light roast that has a sweet citrus and cocoa aroma. It has a soft and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa notes can be traced to the days of winter in the living room, reading a good book and the warmth of a hug from the family. To brew the coffee first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and creating undesirable elements in your drink. Then add your grounds and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for 4 minutes before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
