Whether you're pressing pause during a hectic weekday or winding down on the weekend, a little bit of this mellow roast will go a long ways to relax your mind and body.

Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and softens into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa influences of Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to add balance. https://www.coffeee.uk/categories/1kg-coffee-beans is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boiling water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to appear in your cup.

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast that has citrus, sweet and cocoa smell. It has a smooth touch and a soft mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced back to the winter days sitting on the sofa reading a book and an intimate hug from the family. To brew your coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to prevent the coffee from extracting too much and forming unwanted elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has just boiled. For 4 minutes, simmer then plunge and enjoy.
