If she isn’t married/committed she is at least sending a signal to other men that she is off limits unless of course she isn’t but then she is in control
In otherwords it helps her fend off guys she isn’t interested in
Now if she isn’t wearing a ring but has tan lines that’s a whole other possible signal

Gosh, I have to exert effort to keep the married women away from me. If I was a bottom feeder of any kind several acquaintances would have had me in their beds along time ago.

IMHO, as single guy who is looking, any kind of obvious “I’m Taken” signal is a great thing. It avoids wasted time and allows you to respect boundaries.

Yes…guys check that finger and assume she is taken or wants to be left alone if there is even a bubble gum ring there.
